Welcome to Barker Family Adventures.

We are a family of five featuring Jason (Dad, the brawn of the family, type 1 diabetic with a list of health problems longer than your arm), Tennille (Mum, the brains of the family) and our three kids, Annalise (Daughter, mini adult who has flown the coop so you may not see her often), Chayse (Son, energetic lego loving, minecraft loving right hand man) and Aceton (Son, baby who is already showing his impatient side).

We have 2 fur babies, the twins, Bosco and Moose. Two Rotti cross Wolfhound rat bag puppies the size of a small horse. We also have 1 rooster, he just turned up one day and decided to join our ladies and even though our four hens have since passed ‘Kevin’ can be seen destroying our veggie patches quite regularly, (Kevin passed away in 2022) and a stray cat (also just turned up in the bushes about a week after we moved here and hasn’t left).

We live on 2 acres in the north west of Tasmania. We are currently back in Queensland (arrived 22 September 2023). Jason was born in Burnie and moved to QLD when he was 16 (where we met) and in August 2017 we returned to Tassie . Tennille is a Queenslander (born in Monto, moved to Bollon when I was about 12, think flat, red, dusty and freaking HOT!) who doesn’t like the heat so was happy to move to cooler weather (now back in the heat ha!). We started our new journey and our blog in November 2021 after seeking a new challenge and lifestyle change.

In April 2023 we decided to build an online business in high-ticket affiliate marketing. So along with homeschooling and adventures, we keep ourselves busy sharing our business and journey with others.
